How much does it cost?

What does my subscription include?
Your Homecoming subscription includes: • Access to your practitioner dashboard where you can create a resource library, take session notes, and communicate with clients through Mail or Chat. • Access to Homecoming’s Co-Creator community on Slack, where you can learn, network and grow with and from other practitioners. • The ability to add scheduling and client payments through our Calendly and Stripe integrations • You can work with an unlimited number of clients on Homecoming at no extra cost to you or your clients. Your resource library storage is also unlimited.
What happens to my work if I stop using Homecoming?
Sometimes the only way to know is by doing - that’s why we offer a free trial. If at any point you decide Homecoming is not the right fit, you and your clients will retain read-only access to your information and resources - this includes your session notes, library files and client data.
What is a co-creator? How can I become one?
We collaborated closely with two dozen leading coaches and therapists to bring Homecoming into being. Every aspect of the product was designed and refined with their input. Today, the co-creator process lives on in our Slack community, where providers help each other build new skills, foster fellowship, and share insights with us about what’s most impactful to build.
Can I join the co-creator Slack if I’m not a member of Homecoming?
At this time, only Homecoming members can join our Slack community. We want to create a safe and welcoming space where practitioners can speak openly, and we feel it’s appropriate to keep the community gated for now. We may have open events in the future - if you’d like to be informed about future community events, join our mailing list.
How do I know my activities and data are safe?
We store your data in MedStack (HIPAA compliant), the same technology trusted by hospitals. Whether you’re logging into our app, completing an activity, or leaving notes, your connection to Homecoming and every piece of information is sent and stored in an encrypted state.
Can my clients book appointments through Homecoming?
Yes, through our Calendly integration! We know this is a critical part of the client experience, and so with a Calendly account connected to Homecoming, your clients will be able to schedule sessions with you all in one place.
What kind of files can I add to my library?
From YouTube videos to Google Forms and everything in between - we’ve got you covered. Accepted file types include: • Links (e.g. Youtube and Spotify playlists) • PDFs (e-signatures) & other file types • Audio files • Images • Create custom forms with our Form Builder
