Information for Clients of Practitioners Using Homecoming
Who is Homecoming for?
We built Homecoming to support the work of transformational guides, coaches, therapists, and other practitioners. If your practitioner is on Homecoming, look to take full advantage of the platform as well. With Homecoming, you're able to book sessions, pay invoices, view and complete guidance, and chat with your practitioner. Use our platform to build and maintain a strong relationship with your practitioner!
How much does it cost?
Homecoming is completely free to use as a client of any practitioner using the platform!
How can I access content sent by my practitioner?
You can access content and messages sent by your practitioner through: 1. The Client Portal Log in to access all of the messages, notes, actions, and resources you’re working on with your practitioner: https://us.app.homecoming.health/login/client 2. Mobile Companion App You can download the Homecoming Companion app to take full advantage of the content sent to you. You can download the app here: Android | https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.axismundilabs.homecoming iOS | https://apps.apple.com/us/app/homecoming-companion/id1574364465 Your access code to register/sign up can be found in the email notifications you receive from your practitioner. You can also ask that they invite you to the mobile app.
When will the Client Portal be available?

How do I know my activities and data are safe?
We store your data in MedStack, the same technology trusted by hospitals. Whether you’re logging into our app, completing an activity, or sending messages, your connection to Homecoming and every piece of information is sent and stored in an encrypted state.
How do I book appointments with my practitioner?
If your practitioner has scheduling enabled, you can book an appointment through your Client Portal on the web, your practitioner's Calendly booking link, or through the mobile companion app. Booked events will appear in your portal and app as a reminder it's coming up. You'll also receive email notifications for reminders.
What happens to my content if my practitioner stops using Homecoming?
We believe you should have access to all of the content sent to you so you can look back at your journey and use those tools as you go forward. You will continue to have access to anything you've been sent in Homecoming even if your practitioner stops using the platform.
My practitioner isn't on Homecoming, how do I get them onboard?
We'd love to showcase Homecoming to your practitioner and see if it's a right fit for their practice. Let them know to book an onboarding call with us here: https://calendly.com/homecoming-onboarding/onboarding-call
